Worksheet Description

On this worksheet, students are asked to read each of the sentences and decide whether the blank requires an adjective or an adverb to complete the sentence. They will then write the correct part of speech needed on the blank that is found to the right of the page.

For extra credit, students may be asked to utilize the blanks in the sentences to write the word that they think will complete them. From there, they can also easily determine whether that word functions as an adjective or adverb.
