You will need a pair of dice to complete this activity.  You will roll the pair and write down the numbers. You then roll it again and compare the values that come up with. It instructs students to roll a dice twice for each problem, first to determine the number of digits for the ‘First Number’ and then for the ‘Second Number’, which they write in the provided spaces. Once both numbers are generated, students compare them using the greater than (>), less than (<), or equal to (=) symbols, which are to be placed in the circles between the numbers.
