Students travel through a large maze by following only correctly spelled words ending in -er. They begin with teacher and work toward thunder, while every other space contains a spelling that may be correct or incorrect. The maze mixes true -er worker words with unrelated words that merely end in the same sound. Students may move only up, down, left, or right to reach the finish.
