Me, You, And Us

Social Skills #15

Worksheet Description

The “Social Skills: Boundaries” worksheet is a reflective tool designed to help students understand the concept of personal boundaries in relationships. The instructions encourage students to think about a person with whom they might have some difficulties and to consider what aspects of their interaction are related to themselves, the other person, or both.

The worksheet is divided into three sections with space for drawing or writing. The first section, “Things That Are About Me,” is for students to express personal qualities or experiences that define them as individuals. The middle section, “Things That Are About Us,” is for identifying shared experiences or mutual interests. The last section, “Things That Are About You,” allows students to consider aspects that are unique to the other person. This exercise helps students in recognizing and respecting personal space and shared connections within their relationships. It is an invaluable part of social education, fostering empathy, respect, and clear communication among peers. Through this activity, students gain insight into maintaining healthy interactions by acknowledging both individual and shared boundaries.
