You can create all different types of infographics about this ancient civilization.

Here are some ideas for an infographic on ancient Aztec information:

Timeline – A timeline showing the major events and periods of the Aztec civilization, such as the founding of Tenochtitlan, the reign of Moctezuma II, and the arrival of the Spanish conquistadors.

Architecture – An illustration of some of the impressive structures built by the Aztecs, such as the Templo Mayor and the Great Pyramid of Cholula.
